The Creative Traffic Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the creative development cycle and the transaction of assets between the Creative team and other Bluegreen business units. This role intersects directly with the various Bluegreen business units to understand their function, marketing strategy and needs. They then coordinate the development of these projects through Creative, inclusive of copy, design, production and routings, ensuring follow-through on these projects to meet deadlines.


• Organizes and compiles all marketing campaign documentation and/or detail from an operational perspective.
• Responsible for scoping project requests, determine needed resources and coordinate work assignments to the creative team.
• Responsible for the day-to-day job tracking and distribution to the appropriate creative resources and project owners.
• Provides project teams with status updates on key deliverables
• Ensures that creative briefs are filled out thoroughly and ensures the proper distribution of assets required from Creative from concept through execution.
• Works in conjunction with the various business units to coordinate all strategies, communications and timelines regarding marketing projects for department.
• Proofs collateral prior to business unit routing to ensure it meets brief and errors are addressed
• Maintains production calendar and troubleshoots campaign issues and work with broader project team to resolve or reschedule as needed.
• Maintains marketing calendar documentation, and update as campaigns are developed and changed.
• Collaborates with the database marketing team to ensure data pulls and segmentation are accurate to brief and completed for each campaign.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar.
3 - 4 years of experience in a marketing or production role.
Proficient at an intermediate level in MSOffice Suite
Highly customer and service focused with a deep desire to improve the customer experience across all channels.
Understanding of traffic management, project management and the creative asset development process.
High level of attention to detail to spot errors and inconsistencies within marketing materials.
Ability to work quickly, multi-task priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy displayed in the final product.
Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel or other report building tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
