Job Description

Purpose:

Bluegreen Vacations Retail Marketing, located within Bass Pro Shops and outlet malls, is a kiosk concept operated by the talented individuals of our team nationwide.

The Brand Ambassador will serve as the face of Bluegreen Vacations inside Bass Pro's storefront. The Brand Ambassador will engage with customers entering the retail establishment by promoting our marketing promotions to create interest with the customers and direct them to our kiosk location within the store.

The Brand Ambassador will maintain a positive relationship with Bass Pro Management and associates; support the sales team by boosting overall production through first impressions.

Responsibilities:

While promoting our brand, sales, and marketing programs:

• Greets all potential customers with a friendly and professional demeanor near the storefront; ensuring all customers are warmly welcomed.
• Engages in conversation with potential customers to share information about Bluegreen Vacations’ services, products, and promotions.
• Promotes our brand and marketing campaigns to create interest with the customer.
• Assists customers with information about Bluegreen and provide directions to our kiosk location within the store.
• Monitors the customer flow at the kiosk; may need to keep customers engaged during periods of wait time.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Maintains a service of excellence as a representative of Bluegreen.
• Displays positive courteous and respectful behavior towards the company, fellow associates, our customers, and business partners.
• Positively represents our company’s purpose and core values through all actions and behaviors to ensure a high level of integrity and customer service.
• Follows policies and procedures of the company and ensure sales team compliance.
• Uses only company approved collateral material and documents.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, promotions and/or related experience is helpful.
• Knowledge and understanding of the timeshare industry, OPC marketing or telemarketing sales is helpful.
• Customer service and quality fundamentals.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and listening).
• Confident and positive attitude; friendly and well-presented.
• Outgoing who can take initiative and be proactive; efficient in helping the customer and co-workers; able to converse with customers.
• Time Management and Organizational skills.
