Bluegreen Vacations Retail Marketing, located within Bass Pro Shops and outlet malls, is a kiosk concept operated by the talented individuals of our team nationwide.

We are looking for a talented, driven Assistant Manager with great energy and passion to close sales and support our Manager and sales team inside the Bass Pro Shops® located in Baltimore (Hanover), MD.

Responsibilities Include:
• Proven ability to personally sell and coach others
• Provide excellent service by fulfilling the vacation and travel needs of every customer
• Maintain standards of personal and team lead collection, package sales, and other sales promotions
• Support the Sales Manager by guiding, mentoring, and training the sales team
• Support the Sales Manager with administrative responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales or Marketing experience is required.
• Previous Management experience is preferred.
• Sales Management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and understanding of the timeshare industry, OPC marketing or telemarketing sales is helpful.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Customer service and quality fundamentals, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, company’s intranet system and corporate policies and procedures.
• Outgoing; able to converse with customers.
• Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately, strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong communication/listening skills.
• Willing and able to work in an outdoor environment.
• Eagerness to become a Manager.
