Job Description


The Clarizen System Support Analyst will be responsible for the administration, development, and end-user support for Clarizen, IT’s Workforce Collaboration tool. This position will serve as a member of the IT Governance Services team and will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of software enhancements as well as playing a key role in integration projects. This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated and a team player.


• Designs, configures, and implements software enhancements aligned with a release schedule.
• Implements and configures controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with the project management tool.
• Troubleshoots production issues; responsible for resolution of software related issues
• Creates user training manuals, workflow diagrams, and detailed configuration maps.
• Analyzes user requests, prioritize and translate into software solutions
• Develops effective solutions and respond promptly to internal/external client requests.
• Collaborates with diverse technical and non-technical groups
• Works with cross-functional teams on business initiatives
• Performs trial runs of software applications to ensure desired effect
• Works closely with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and provide direction/guidance on what is considered best practice.
• Proactively searches for ways to automate, improve and, streamline processes, build team collaboration and add value for our customers.
• Designs, creates and implements project audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Preforms administration duties for project management software such as provisioning licenses, profile configuration, user settings, and ad hoc requests

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Requires a minimum of 2-5 years in a position directly responsible for the system administration or configuration
• Experience in challenging customer service roles a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Some knowledge of programming or scripting is a plus
• Working knowledge of project coordination and management, the SDLC, and general IT project and service offerings.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and CSS, HTML is preferred
• Experience with Clarizen or comparable project tracking tools is preferred.
• Completing and overseeing a variety of evaluation assignments across BXG IT's programs, projects and services.
• Independent thinker, creative problem solver, quick learner. Must be able to anticipate business needs and work proactively.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple demands.
• Ability to learn complex internal software programs and comfort using a variety of technology solutions to do
