Extreme attention to detail required. Position requires auditing a large volume of contracts for accuracy.
• Ensuring policies and procedures are enforced and to complete responsibilities within required timeframes and in compliance with company guidelines.
• Must be professional and flexible for all schedules to include weekends and evenings
• Assist in office functions including but not limited to; customer service, data entry, filing data, computer literacy, organizational skills, able to multi-task and running reports.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of clerical or administrative experience required.
• Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written.
• Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
