Job Description


The Administrative Assistant – Title Services is an entry level administrative position within Resort Title, reporting to the Manager, Title Services. This position will support the Department with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, data entry, mail, scanning and filing.


• Prepares documents including: Deeds; Terminations of Exclusive Assignments of Occupancy Rights; Affidavits of Continuous Marriage; Same Name Affidavits; and Cover letters
• Utilizes Pitney Bowes system to apply postage and mail correspondence;
• Communicates with consumers via telephone and email
• Uses multi-line telephone
• Creates and maintain files
• Enters notes into the title system.
• Maintains spreadsheet to track activity
• Scans and catalogs documents
• Makes and collates copies
• Searches County Public Records to track deed ownership

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
1 year prior experience in a professional office environment.
MS Office Suite, in particular a familiarity with Outlook to manage follow-up
and calendar events.
