Job Description

Purpose:

Responsible for supporting the Administrative and QAS Departments in various ways. This position works closely with the DSA to ensure accuracy in the daily, weekly and monthly procedures. Projects a professional and enthusiastic image through in-person, phone and email interactions.


Responsibilities:

- Reviews contracts for accuracy and sends to corporate on a daily basis.
- Assistant to the DSA, with office duties and departmental functions.
- Processes credit card applications.
- Pulls owner profiles/equities.
- Answers the phones, checks messages and gives them to the appreciate person and/or call back customer to assist if able to do so.
- Participates in departmental and resort meetings.
- Contributes and participates in special projects or assignments as determined by the DSA.
- Types contracts for Quality Assurance Specialist when needed.
- Follows up with calls and messages.
- Distribute contracts and/or notify QAS when a contract comes in and ensure they are being handled in a timely manner.
- Help maintain the security and confidentiality of customer information.
- Other administrative support responsibilities as assigned by the DSA.

Job Requirements

•High School Diploma or Equivalent
•1 to 2 years of experience in the timeshare industry and/or general office
•Microsoft Office, SPI, As400, Synergy, LSAMS
•Good understanding of policies & procedures, vacation club, all sold product types, and rules of Admin functions, decision maker, self-directed, assertive, creative, strong analysis, evaluation, and planning capabilities, strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills
