Job Description


To assist with accounting and banking functions necessary for daily and month-end accounting related tasks of the sales and marketing group.


• Reconcile various restricted cash escrow bank accounts.
• Perform research and journal entries as necessary
• Assist in reconciling various balance sheet accounts.
• Approve refunds and other various AP vouchers
• Run various financial and status reports monthly
• Online access to company bank accounts for wire transfers, sweeps, bank statements
• Assist with various wire processing and other bank related activities
• Respond to field inquiries and follow up with field offices for accounting informational needs.
• Assist with month-end related accounting close.
• Assist with audit requests.

Job Requirements

Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience with current enrollment in Accounting classes.

A minimum of 2 years accounting experience preferred.

Advanced skills in Excel and AS400. Proficient in MS Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be an independent, self- motivated individual who is able to meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Must also be able to multi- task.
