- Compensation: $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Thurs (11am-7pm), Fri-Sun (7am-3:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm)

As a PBX Operator (Dispatch), you are the voice of the resort. You will provide customer service to customers and guests over the telephone while answering incoming calls from both inside and outside of the resort. You will answer multi-lines telephone using proper telephone etiquette, answering questions and transferring calls to appropriate departments to ensure efficient service. You will enter work orders received and perform follow-up to ensure satisfactory completion.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Prior guest service or front desk in a hotel or resort experience preferred.
- You have excellent service orientation and smile through the phone.
- You can prioritize your work, manage your time and can work quickly without compromising quality.
- You have basic computer skills.
