JOB SUMMARY:

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible to serve guests during their stay by making it easier and more enjoyable to arrive, check in, and stay at the property. You must constantly coordinate with the front desk on all check in and check outs. Reports all safety issues concerning guest, luggage, parking of cars, and reporting suspicious behavior to security.

• Greet guests of the establishment.
• Assist with unloading guests' luggage.
• Park cars safely.
• Retrieve cars for guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure that parked cars are locked and that keys are stored safely or returned to the owner.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• You have experience in Driver, Concierge or Valet.
• A valid driver's license, with no prior traffic offenses.
• Customer-oriented, hospitable, and welcoming to guests and other associates.
• You prioritize managing your time, working quickly without compromising quality.
• You work with little supervision, maintain a high level of performance, and follow standard operating procedures (SOP's), step-by-step instructions following Bluegreen regulations.
