Job Description

As a critical business partner for our member sales division, Regional In-House specific Sales Training Manager is responsible for driving productivity through our Passport to Peak Performance member sales training processes. With a significant emphasis on digital/virtual training technology skills, this person will provide high level sales training both in person and through various digital platforms.

• Keeps our commitment to Sales Integrity our #1 Priority every day in everything we do with every customer. Understands Friction Points and works diligently to remove them from every sales and/or group presentation.

• Delivers our 8 Core Values in all training with a never-ending emphasis to the impact the results every tour has on our brand with each of our key partnerships relationships. Explain in detail our Medallia customer scoring system.

• Responsible for engaging sales training and leadership development plans for high volume business operations across multiple sales centers by building strong business relationships with department sales/marketing leaders.

• Detailed sales training, marketing understanding, and podium training skills will always be a required component of this role. Performance Development is the backbone of the correct candidate. This role will be working diligently with sales representatives, and managers to prepare them for next level leadership opportunities.

• Memorize and Master our new Owner Focus Group Presentation with ability to teach at various locations as well as skills required to perform this process on demand as required by site leadership.

• Coordinate with multiple Leadership Teams to plan, schedule and provide In-House specific training for sales personnel throughout your Division, Region, and Business Unit.

• Talent Mapping will also be a requirement whether ability to learn or prior experience will be one of the more specific duties when traveling from sales center to sales center identifying and coaching our future S&M leaders.

• Evaluates/Approves operational sales and marketing training processes and development strategies, methodologies, technologies, systems, organizational structure, budget, and approved resources to be implemented.

• Defines performance, productivity parameters and desired results for the department activities. Including 30-60-90 day tracking of VPG performance by sales trainer and coaches trains leaders when where needed.

• Maintains daily performance reports for all managers, reps, and group presenters as well as having their teams audit these processes both in person and by eagle eye camera systems.

• Ability to TO/close sales tables, willingness to take overflow tours, skill set to do TO training when needed.

• Prepares/Conducts group presentations about our training activities and each graduate’s results.

• Communicates Company’s directions, policies and procedures to employees in multiple departments.

• Conduct Sales Rep Evaluations and provide feedback to Senior Management that provides a coaching plan and

helps that individual drive performance improvements.

• Help design any enhanced or augmented training curriculums that identities other areas of improvement.

• Develops/Performs many other administrative, operational, and technical tasks/activities required to support area results, such as conducting quality assurance and standard operating procedure compliance inspections, analyzing trends in customer comment card information and suggesting/implementing resolutions to any quality assurance issues, creating action plans for trend resolution and measured follow up, and conducting new employee orientation and training at specific resorts. Special emphasis on technology skills or ability to embrace technology.

• Ensures that the compliance of corporate policies, standards and procedures are met at all times. Stay up to date on technology enhancements and features of virtual platforms. Manage virtual platform functionality to include breakout rooms, video, waiting rooms, chat groups, etc.
