Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Manager is responsible for leading and driving Bluegreen's talent acquisition function within a designated organization, in this case, Retail Marketing/Customer Acquisition & Alliances.
This encompasses all related efforts including full-life cycle recruitment, college / internship programs, employment branding, and other strategic programs, to ensure a diverse and well-rounded candidate pipeline. Also includes marketing Bluegreen and the open roles, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience, and selecting top talent.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred but not required
  • 5+ years' experience leading a team of talent acquisition professionals, with a demonstrated track record of improving performance.
  • 5+ years' experience recruiting or working in a recruiting/generalist function (i.e., sourcing, screening, interviewing applicants), inclusive of experience managing a high requisition load and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in interpretation of employment laws.
  • Demonstrated analytic skills, inclusive of detailed cost comparisons, manipulating data from reports in Excel to depict KPI performance, and/or working with budgets.
  • Experience and expertise working in an applicant tracking system; Ceridian Day Force preferred.
  • Demonstrated intermediate knowledge of and the ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet navigation and email
  • Proven background in developing strategic, “out of the box” recruitment sourcing methods to help drive proactive pipeline development
  • Experience developing deep rapport with hiring managers and executive teams, and driving the adoption of the recruitment team and function as trusted business partners on all talent acquisition matters
  • Proven ability to develop relationships at all organizational levels and collaborate across geographic and organizational boundaries to successfully drive talent acquisition strategy
  • Proven ability to successfully manage a geographically diverse team
  • Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable style to successfully navigate competing priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills, strong business acumen and effective process orientation and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment
  • Understanding of various recruitment-related metrics and reporting, and experience optimizing overall operations in conjunction with assessment of the team’s performance
  • Must be able to plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage candidates/hiring managers against tight timelines and use metrics to show results
  • Human Resources Certification preferred
  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor and business partner to hiring managers and candidates alike
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Action oriented and results-driven
  • Passionate about hiring diverse talent & well-versed in effective recruitment strategies
