The position of the Senior Sales Specialist includes having a complete understanding of Bluegreen's company policies. In the absence of the Director of Sales or In-house Sales Manager, they will be planning, preparing and coordinating all aspects of the In-House and Front Line Sales organization. Ensuring that In House Sales activities are conducted in compliance with state, corporation and national sales guidelines and regulations.Interact with the community and meet new people

• Recruits, trains and develops In-House Sales Representatives.
• Assist Sales Representatives in closing sales, as well as maintaining above minimum personal performance standards.
• Assist in the development, coaching and maintaining performance standards for Sales Specialists.
• On a daily basis, in charge of the schedule, line up, performance management and associate discipline
