Bluegreen Vacations is hiring a National Director of Field Administration to be based out of Orlando, FL and will report directly to the Vice President of Field Administration. The National Director of Field Administration is responsible for the leadership and oversight of site level sales and marketing administrative functions.

We are looking for someone who can drive efficiencies and processes that result in exceptional standards of quality production and service. They should foster a positive, professional level of support that builds administrative strength to support the targeted goals and initiatives of the company.

The National Director of Field Administration should be able to perform the job assigned while complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.

Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities

  • Direct supervision of Directors of Field Administration as assigned.
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring (in conjunction with VP) and training of Directors of Field Administration as required.
  • Mentor, motivate, train, and coach Directors of Field Administration in leadership, teambuilding, and. Associate development
  • Ensure DFA's and Admin Managers are cross trained for both Sales and Marketing
  • Travel as required to perform audits, training, or as otherwise necessary.
  • Provide daily sales & marketing administrative field support as required.
  • Daily/weekly monitoring of sales and marketing processes through SPI, Concierge, and other defined methods to
  • ensure compliance and adherence to minimum standards.
  • Assist with various reports as assigned by management.
  • Work with Legal/IT on document/systems user testing as required.
  • Provide support to VP, Field Administration as required.
  • Assist in evaluation of new processes, systems, programs and field implementation.
  • Participate in Director level meetings including weekly conference calls and offsite meetings/conferences as required.
  • Work with corporate department managers to resolve escalated site issues.
  • Assist with set up, staffing of new offices and in office closures as necessary.
  • Monitor staffing ratios/workloads, scheduling and address overtime issues.
  • Update policies and procedures, manual, training manuals, checklists as required.
  • Coding updates and communication.
  • Assist in development of processes that continue to improve efficiencies.
  • Review documents for new inventory/locations.
  • Assist with communication/training as new products evolve and existing products/usage changes.
  • Oversee National Relationships as assigned.
  • Oversee/coordinate IT Projects as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Bluegreen Field experience
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in office management with proficiency in systems and understanding of human resources, payroll, accounts payable.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • SPI, AS400, LSAMS, Concierge, Synergy.
  • Customer service and quality fundamentals, and MS Office suite
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
