Job Description


This newly created role will be the central point of contact serving as an ‘Ambassador’ and “Educator’ to the company, stakeholder community for all shared services programs as well as responding to daily end user inquiries through issue resolution. In addition, they will encourage the use and benefits of our preferred supplier programs to ensure we are optimizing savings and supplier performance standards including compliance to relevant Corporate processes and policies.

The role will liaise with various business units including (i.e., Accounts Payable, Audit, Corporate Procurement, IT, Legal, Marketing, Office Services, Resort Operations & Field Sites, Sales etc…).

Initial shared services programs will include:

  • Branded Merchandise (ProForma)
  • Copier Equipment (Canon)
  • Corporate Beverage/Vending Services
  • Courier & Transportation Services (FedEx)
  • Ecommerce Market Services (Amazon)
  • Office Supplies (Staples)
  • Travel (Amex/Concur & Enterprise Car Rental)


  • Serve as a daily ‘Ambassador’ and “Educator’ to the company, stakeholder community for shared supplier services, Corporate process and policies
    • Acts as the liaison between the supplier, end user, Corporate Procurement to facilitate issue resolution(s) in a timely manner (i.e., system access, on board new end users & new account set up, equipment & service maintenance requests, supplier customer service contacts, support …)
    • Facilitates lease equipment renewal process including coordination of site equipment requirements, supplier quotes, LSR (legal services request) submittal, tracking equipment delivery, implementation with the supplier and site location(s)
    • Manages and updates internal shared services tracking and program reports
    • Maintains and updates the Shared Services Program SharePoint site in collaboration with Procurement
    • Responsible to cleanse and maintenance end user access controls for each supplier program on a defined schedule
    • Supports Corporate Procurement on existing program change management and new supplier program deployment
  • Participate in supplier business and performance reviews as necessary
  • Identifies opportunities to improve, innovate and automate shared services programs across the organization
  • Assists EVP, CAO on Executive projects as required
  • Become a trusted partner and resource for internal and external partners


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5 years minimum experience
  • Broad supplier category experience preferred (product & services0
  • Familiar with supplier management process, Procurement/Purchasing Operations
  • Basic understanding of contracts, lease documents a plus
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, project management tools a plus
  • Microsoft Applications (Intermediate Excel, Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint Online)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe DocuSign or other online document processing tools
  • PMP certificate desirable
  • Self-starter, Proactive spirit, able to “Hit the Ground Running”.
  • High level of adaptability to manage the changing needs of the business as they arise.
  • Strong operational, organizational skills including problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Overall desire to embrace and improve processes, technology.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods.
