Job Description


The Retail Operations Specialist will have an integral role in the development, execution and administration of new and existing support functions for the NCAA Retail Locations across the country.


• Supports the activities of the Director as needed

•  Facilitates order requests for Staples, Fed Ex and Toner for all Retail field stores in a timely manner

• Troubleshoots order errors directly with vendors to ensure supplies are received accordingly

• Monitors store order requests to eliminate excessive office supplies expense

• Facilitates with coding the creation of new lead origin number and new sell vendor numbers via Concierge

• Provides necessary concierge information back to team members to complete setup of new locations and reporting.

• Creates Lead Batch Worksheets and uploads files into Circles. Communicates accordingly to field team.

• Responsible for the data integrity and leads processing via Docufree Dashboard tool. Ensures lead origin numbers are assigned to the correct batches and then releases batches for scrub and final campaign launch

• Partners with legal in facilitating all new business licensing requests an participates in renewal process. Provides necessary information to legal that will expedite application processing.

• Configures all Medallia system reconfigurations and new store additions and monitors email “fail” responses to ensure customer surveys are dispersed. Works directly with vendor in troubleshooting issues for resolution.

• Coordinates/Books travel for Retail location Managers via Concur

• Assists with venue selection, communications, production company scheduling and agendas. Works directly with field management team on all events planned annually (Managers Meeting, Awards Ceremony), etc.

• Assists Director with Cabela’s expansion project mapping and assists with communications to external vendors to keep the project timeline on track.

• Fields calls as it relates to booth moves, cleaning and repairs and coordinates with external vendor.


• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

• 3-5 years in a support environment position

• Microsoft Office Suite Applications a must

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and motivate professional staff. Solid writing skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies both hardware and software.
