Job Description

The purpose of the Guest Services Manager is to manage the daily operations of the front desk, reservations and their coordination with other departments of our 387 rooms resort. This position is responsible for maintaining proper working relationships between the front desk and all other departments. As the Front Desk Manager you must be visible, able to work all shifts as need dictates, and provide top notch customer service. Responsible for hiring, training and managing of staff.


Job Requirements

-High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
-2 years of Front Desk Supervisor experience; 3 years of Front Desk Management or Customer Service Management experience
-Must be able to work independently; Must be able to interact with a wide range of people; Must be PC proficient; Prefer AS400 and/or TSW experience; Community Association Management Courses also preferred
-Knowledge of Vacation Ownership is not required but preferred.
