Job Description

To oversee the daily operations of the Activities Department and communication with other departments. This position is responsible for maintaining proper working relationships between the activities department and all other departments. As the Activities Supervisor, you must be visible, available to work all shifts, and be able to assist guests as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Hiring, training, and overseeing a staff of 2-8 persons 
  • Supervise the resort activities program by implementing and devising creative and fun activity programs for all ages
  • Recruit, train and continued development for all staff
  • Schedule associates to meet the needs of the resort

Job Requirements

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent (GED) 
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in Activities
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with associates, Guests/Owners, and vendors.
  • Need the ability to supervise a staff of 2-8 associates
  • Must have knowledge of the local areas attractions and entertainment
