JOB SUMMARY:
As Resort Manager, you will manage the Resort's daily operations, maintain established costs and quality standards. You are responsible for maintaining the Resort's assets, local marketing of the Resort's products and services, and guest satisfaction. You will develop, coach, mentor all resort management, and perform appraisals of our departmental leadership and all resort associates.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Ensure the highest customer service level to current and prospective owners and guests.
  • Maintain a positive brand image and company reputation focusing on Service Excellence.
  • Drive and achieve quantitative resort financial objectives, including Retail Sales, Labor, HOA Budgets, Cost-of-Goods-Sold and Forecasting, and Expense Management.
  • Manage and achieve all areas of budgets by implementing proper controls.
  • Ensure effective interdepartmental operations, address and resolve guest and team member questions or issues and lead adherence of all SOP's and timelines.
  • Maintain resort designations, such as RCI (Resorts Condominium International), Medallia Guest Satisfaction score benchmarks. Responsible for resort payroll functions.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

  • 4-year degree in Hospitality or Business strongly preferred.
  • You have 5+ years of hospitality and a minimum of 3+ years of resort/hotel leadership, timeshare background strong preferred.
  • Experience with developing financial budgets.
  • You have both customer-facing and back-of-house (Housekeeping and/or Engineering) leadership experience.
  • You have a track record passing Quality Assurance, Loss Prevention and Internal Audits.
  • Experience in SOP Adherence, PMS knowledge, and yield management of inventory
