Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shifts, some weekends may be required

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable, financial, and accounts receivable for the resort, including the food and beverage department.

  • Working with members of the resort to compile, analyze, and report financial data.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial consolidations to the general ledger.
  • Act as a point of contact between corporate and internal departments, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, clients, suppliers, and lenders.
  • Using bookkeeping software and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate.
  • Ensuring that company bills are paid, and debts are collected.
  • Implementing and enforcing financial and inventory controls.
  • Focusing on corporate, local, state, and federal financial regulations and policies.


  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Experience in bookkeeping, management, or relevant field may be required.
  • Computer literate – must have the ability to type and learn accounting, POS, and PMS programs. Experience using Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking.
