We're HIRING IMMEDIATELY for an Inbound Reservations Representative onsite at our beautiful Orlando Regional Office!

  • 8325 SOUTHPARK CIR, SUITE 200 (2nd Floor) ORLANDO, FL 32819
  • Sales and/or Call Center experience preferred

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:30pm 9pm *(Weekend availability required based on business need)


Compensation: $15/ hour + Commission! THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION!!


As a Reservations Representative, you will be assisting our guests and owners with planning an amazing vacation. You’ll be a destination expert who will utilize sales techniques to make recommendations to fit the guests needs. You will also use creative problem-solving skills to direct and positively impact the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Maximize vacation experiences by utilizing sales techniques to sell additional vacation enhancements, such as – room upgrades, additional nights, attraction tickets and new promotional vacations
  • Effectively resolve guest issues by actively listening to their concerns, provide solutions and overcome objections
  • Be the subject matter expert and have a thorough understanding of our vacation offers, destinations, details of participation and changes
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude with guests and peers


What are we looking for?

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer proficient
  • 6 ,months Call Center/hospitality, sales experience preferred
  • Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple systems at once
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays
