$12/ hour + Commission! With a yearly earning potential up to 40K+

Sign-on Bonus: $500
Retention Bonus: $500 
Schedule: Afternoon and evening shift. Will include a combination of weekdays and weekends. This is not a remote position.

Current hours of operations are as follows and are subject to change based on business needs.

• Monday thru Friday, 9am to 9pm

• Saturdays, 9am to 6pm starting in July

JOB SUMMARY: 

As a Reservation Coordinator , your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound phone calls from our guests and owners. You are responsible for planning vacations, utilizing effective sales techniques and excellent customer service skills. This is an hourly position plus commission based on revenue collected and performance. Assist guests with reserving/rescheduling reservations, assist with online technical support and effectively handle any guest concerns

  • Achieve sales objectives by utilizing sales techniques to sell additional vacation enhancements, such as – upgrades, additional nights, attraction tickets and new promotional vacations
  • Effectively resolve guest issues by providing solutions, overcoming objections and saving guests from canceling their reservations, vacation getaway or upgrades and provide accurate information
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude with guests and peers, actively listen and
  • Provide accurate information about our destinations, resorts, partner properties, vacation packages, etc
  • Meet required departmental metric expectations, including sales and performance goals
  • Outbound calls may be required for follow ups and to pitch vacation enhancements

 YOUR EXPERIENCE:  

•   High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

•   Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

•   Computer proficient

•   6 months of sales experience/customer service experience

•   Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills

•   Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple systems at once

•   Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays

•   Call Center/hospitality experience preferred
