Job Description


Position’s primary responsibilities will be to assist with the development, oversight and management of the Company’s Contract and Lease Management systems and governance approvals related the contractual initiatives, including but not limited to: (i) manage, track and process all contracts utilizing the company’s Contract Management System (ii) manage, track and process all equipment and real estate leases utilizing the company’s Lease Management System, (iii) review Legal Services Requests and provide guidance in relation to the LSR Policy and the processes described therein, (iv) evaluate and provide guidance on corporate governance committee and other approval requirements, (v) provide general administrative and clerical support.


  • Assist with the development and management of the Company’s Contract Management System
  • Assist with the development and management of the Company’s Contract Management System procedures and reporting
  • Review and provide guidance on corporate governance committee (and other potential approval) requirements, including any policy and process requirements.
  • Assist with the implementation of the Company’s Contract Management System
  • Continue to evaluate and collaborate with all impacted departments to determine any necessary revisions to the Company’s Contract Management System
  • Evaluate and manage the Impacted Departmental Notifications as described in the LSR Policy
  • Manage, track and process within the platform all contracts and leases for all Bluegreen operating units
  • Review, abstract, and input critical data from all contracts into the company’s Contract Management System
  • Input critical data from all real estate and equipment leases with terms of more than one (1) year into the company’s Lease Management System
  • Coordinate, manage and track, with corporate operations, procurement, and the corporate legal department to gather and maintain all contracts and real estate leases as well as establish appropriate alert dates
  • Develop a cadence for reporting on critical milestone dates and daily follow up on alerts from the Contract Management and Lease Management Systems for responsible owners
  • Provide asset disposition reports to accounting in connection with to all terminated real estate leases
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
  • Assist with special projects or related administrative functions as required


  • Associates Degree or Paralegal Certification
  • 3 to 5 years preferably in general contract knowledge, language. Prior experience with data management tools or systems preferred.
  • Preparation/assembly/summarizing legal documentation, MS Office (Word, Excel, One Note), Outlook, Adobe Pro. Experience with Visual Lease and CSC Matter Management platforms preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, strong ability to think analyze information timely and accurately, strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to work in a multi-faceted, fast paced, deadline driven environment.
