Compensation: starting at $18 per hour, dependent upon experience

Schedule: Full-Time Shift (12pm-8pm)

As a Common Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the cleanliness in all interior and exterior public areas of the entire property and to supervise Common Area Attendants. The Common Area Supervisor is responsible for maintaining proper working relations within the department and with other operating departments on property and for providing outstanding guest satisfaction.

POSITION DETAILS:

• 1-2 years’ experience in Housekeeping or Environment Services as a Cleaner, Janitor, Custodian, Housekeeper or Environmental Services Tech.
• Ensure the timely delivery of guest and housekeeping requests and maintain the highest cleanliness standards for the property.
• Customer-oriented and welcoming.
• Organized and dependable with leadership experience or proven capability to lead.
• Must have VALID & CLEAR Driver's License.
• Maintain a high-level of performance and follow standard operating procedures to achieve excellent audit scores.
