Job Description

Purpose:

Coordinates tasks, projects and provides analytical and professional administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer.

Responsibilities:

•Prepares and maintains project plans, tracks project progress, and prepares reports for Chef Administrative Officer (CAO) or project stakeholders in multiple areas of the business but generally related to real estate and lease transactions, facilities management and development, human resources and strategic sourcing and procurement.  •Reviews project requirements, identifies interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, coordinates responsibilities, and tracks project status and key metrics.    •Schedules cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration. Represents CAO in project meets as necessary. •Maintains project-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, project status, budget status, payment records and the like. •Coordinates and prepares required materials for committee meetings, presentations to the CEO/COO or any other meetings or presentations.  •Conducts project research as necessary to support project efforts, working with different internal teams across the business; as necessary, researches industry benchmarking information for comparative project analysis  •Supports special projects as needed across the business.  
Requirements:

•Requires a bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. •1 - 2 years of working for a C-suite Executive. •Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint. •Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problem and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Intellectual curiosity to understand the business and specific projects; agility to move swiftly from one business topic to another.  Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, strong oral and written communication skills. Problem/ resolution focused approach.  Analytical thinking skills. Leadership skills.
