Job Description


This team member is responsible for managing the execution of programs from initial concept through launch. This would include the development and implementation of new and/or enhancements to existing programs and benefits, on-boarding of new alliances, vendors, clients, or third-party resort developers, and delivery and/or upgrades of new resorts/inventory, and sales centers. Position could interact with potentially every department within the organization, requiring a detailed and organized candidate who can function in a multi-tasking environment. Program development, project management, and reporting analysis are typical daily tasks. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate strong critical thinking, conceptual thinking, and decision-making skills to create new programs or identify issues affecting the implementation.


  • Manages the development, project management, and implementation of new and/or enhancements to existing programs and benefits (including the on-boarding of new alliances, vendors, clients, or third-party resort developers, and delivery and/or upgrades of new resorts/inventory, and sales centers)
  • Facilitates the research and development process for new programs or enhancements to existing programs, applying design thinking best practices to develop recommendations that will follow an iterative process through research, development, and testing
  • Manage test initiatives and/or new products/programs and enhancements including concept/test design, implementation, success criteria development and tracking, and recommendation
  • Create and manage implementation project plans, defining project phases and timelines, and delivering results as defined stages throughout the launch process
  • Compile and present justifications for new initiatives or project requests for senior leadership approval
  • Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with internal stakeholders including securing alignment, overcoming objections, gathering data, presenting findings, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance to the project plan
  • Manages project intake throughout the organization, including Legal, IT, and Marketing materials
  • Facilitate contract executions and other legal reviews
  • Provide on-going and as-needed reporting of new programs, identifying KPIs, associated metrics, and performing analysis to identify trends
  • Provides status reports of projects to senior leadership, with the ability to identify and explain variances from original plan/budget
  • Either maintains or transitions projects accordingly to business stakeholder to provide ongoing support, vendor management, and program management for existing programs and various online/software partners
  • Provide ongoing support and vendor management
  • Oversee deliverables with all internal and external partners including, marketing materials, scripting, presentations, communication tools, SOPs, etc.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and, if appropriate, facilitate transition to business owners
  • Understands the terms of client/vendor agreements to property manage transactions and expected results
  • Oversee operations of the internal Business Integration cross-functional team designed to explore Business Integration topics, discuss current internal & industry challenges, and discuss ideas/opportunities/concepts
  • As requested, provide support to large, cross functional initiatives, which may include concept development, project initiation, and/or project management
  • Highly proficient with developing clear, visually appealing presentations in PowerPoint and/or other presentation tools
  • Onboards, manages, and develops direct report associates and new hires


  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in project management and product development in the Vacation Ownership, Real Estate, Travel Club, Hospitality or comparable industries.
  • Strong proficiency with computer applications, such as MS Office Suite
  • Experience with project management applications is a plus
  • Understanding the principles and frameworks of successful project management
  • PMP Certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in providing cross functional service to internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills; Design thinking experience a plus.
  • Able to react quickly to changing market conditions and business development needs. Must enjoy a constant challenge in a fast-paced work environment
  • Candidate must have strong computer skills and technical aptitude to compliment a strategic outlook to any project.
  • Able to effectively zoom-in and zoom-out – high level focus on the bigger picture while getting in the details to ensure flawless execution.
