The Operations Manager will solely be responsible for overseeing and managing the Breckenridge building daily operations, maintaining established costs, adhering to budget guidelines, and upholding quality standards.

  • Foster and maintain a collaborative relationship with the Resort Developer and Management Team to support the goals of delivering a quality vacation experience to the owners and guests
  • Manage and achieve all areas of budgets by implementing proper controls
  • Monitor and maintain procedures for safety of guests and associates.
  • Ensure all communication standards are being met and all association administration and fiduciary duties are being carried out
  • Ensure effective interdepartmental operations, address and resolve guest and team member questions or issues
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service to current and prospective owners and guests in order to maintain a positive brand image and company reputation
  • Responsible for resort payroll and accounting functions


  • 4 year college degree in hospitality or business discipline preferred and/or 8 years of management experience
  • 5 years minimum in hotel or resort experience with 3 years minimum in a leadership capacity at a 100+ key timeshare resort or a 200+ key room hotel with year round occupancy at 80% or higher
  • Must have both customer facing and back of the house (Maintenance or Housekeeping) experience
  • Proven track record of passing Quality Assurance, Internal & Loss Prevention audits
  • Ability to analyze financial metrics
  • Proven ability to successful oversee the management of multiple reserve projects
