IN-HOUSE MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE - Panama City, FL
We are seeking an In- House Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team at the Bayside Resort and Spa! As an In-House Marketing Specialist you will set appointments for our sales centers and be an ambassador for Bluegreen Vacations.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with the community and meet new people
- Offer a variety of attractions, shows, events and dining options
- Act as concierge and provide local information to enhance travelers’ experience
- Initiate conversation
- Set tour appointment
- Be informed on local entertainment, and amenities
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Be positive and professional
- Stay current on Bluegreen’s offerings and portfolio
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer proficient
- 6 months of sales experience/customer service experience
- Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple systems at once
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays
