Purpose:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the department’s campaign management initiatives. The main focus of this position is to assist with overall project management and the compilation and organization of campaign documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the department’s Marketing Campaign Managers with organizing and/or compiling all marketing campaign documentation, reporting, and/or detail from an operational perspective
  • Manage and maintain the proper storage of all marketing campaign documentation, logs, samples, reports, etc.
  • Work in conjunction with the Creative Marketing department to coordinate all strategies, communications, and timelines regarding marketing projects
  • Submit marketing projects to Legal department to ensure they contain the proper local, state and federal disclaimers, as well as align with company policies, and/or standards
  • Aid in the creative development and quality analysis of communications executed within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, based on customer audience outlined for each
  • Help with audience pull initiatives relative to marketing campaign requirements by outlining detail for customer proof lists and ensuring that all criteria is fully accounted for
  • Create, manage, and maintain the department’s marketing and campaign deployment calendars
  • Collaborate with the department’s Marketing Campaign Managers to assist with the assemblage, distribution, and maintenance of campaign reports and/or presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 2+ years in related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Hands-on experience with an email sending service and/or a campaign management system (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget) is a plus
  • Proficient at an intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience with Adobe Professional and/or FileMaker Pro is a plus
  • Very high attention to detail throughout all initiatives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work quickly, multi-task priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy displayed in the final product
  • Desire to use job knowledge to move beyond primary expertise within the department
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
