Bluegreen Vacations is looking for a talented Marketing Campaign Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our Campaign Management Marketing Team.

Schedule: Primarily remote


As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be proficient in end-to-end marketing campaign operational models and responsible for developing, coordinating, executing, and tracking company marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Working with stakeholders and other business units, you will act as a trusted source of knowledge and advise clients in line with marking campaign best practices and the innovative capabilities to address requirements and maximize efficiencies in Marketing Cloud.


  • Interface with various business units as the key point of contact to gather necessary info relative to marketing campaign requirements and develop overarching strategies from inception through execution for email, direct mail, SMS, outbound telemarketing, and digital ad efforts.
  • Establish and maintain best practice for end-to-end marketing campaign architecture and build process using Marketing Cloud.
  • Define new build processes and frameworks across Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Email Studio, MobileConnect to address and fulfill marketing campaign requirements.
  • Manage marketing campaign scalability leveraging capabilities such as Data Extensions, Attribute Groups, and AMPscript.
  • Manage and maintain all operational aspects of campaign setup in Marketing Cloud, including but not limited to:
    • Development of end-to-end campaign flow using the variety of features within the platform.
    • Design of overall marketing campaign and audience lists.
    • Creation of the required audience data sets and segmentations.
    • Direction of email and SMS content and creative production.
    • Development of API-triggered communications as needed.
    • Coordination of overall marketing campaign testing, including quality assurance review.
    • Build of both out-of-the-box and manually architected reports to illustrate vehicle engagement and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operational managers across various departments to ensure campaigns are consistent with the company’s customer-centric strategy and properly utilizing channel capabilities.
  • Regularly work with Creative Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Legal teams to develop marketing collateral that is compliant to relative regulation and company-wide policies.
  • Responsible for overall marketing campaign sign-off, as well as development and execution of launch schedule across all communication vehicles.
  • Provide timely, in-depth analysis on marketing campaign performance relative to project ROI targets.
  • Ensure that rapid testing and learning is conducted in a systematic way to promote critical breakthroughs and align to progressive strategies.
  • Serve as a thought leader with the goal of continuous improvement for direct marketing contact strategy, including list sourcing recommendations, and creation of test/control design.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to develop new programs to increase customer retention and consumption, as well as recommend changes to existing programs to optimize performance.
  • Establish presence as a liaison with technical stakeholders, such as IT and vendor teams, to ensure any challenges with marketing campaigns are collaboratively addressed.
  • Support other ad hoc marketing programs, as required.


  • Must have Bachelor’s degree- preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Prior 5+ years hands-on experience with multi-channel campaign strategy, development, and deployment.
  • Prior 5+ years hands-on experience in email, direct mail, SMS, digital, and outbound telemarketing campaigns.
  • Prior 3+ years exposure to a CRM platform required, with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of SQL skillset and HTML knowledge required.
  • Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to present marketing campaign initiatives and results to stakeholder audience.
  • Must have a very high attention to detail throughout day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Prior experience working in a relational database environment preferred.
  • Prior experience leading cross functional teams preferred.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, with high focus in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven track record for consulting, building, and delivering campaigns in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines.
  • Proven track record in driving operational efficiencies through automation and reusable campaign build processes.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix; special consideration will be given to candidates with broad experience that can move beyond a core expertise.
