Job Description

Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant for Bluegreen Rewards provides ongoing support to the National Sales and Marketing organization. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring policies, procedures and structure are in compliance with the Bluegreen Rewards program. This position provides analysis to support the loyalty program, marketing operations performance and adherence to marketing disciplines in accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities:
• Adheres to Bluegreen Rewards SOPs and information flow to field.
• Drafts marketing operational procedures for all national sales and marketing offices.
• Compiles reporting on all referral (POR – Property Owner Referral, NOR- NonOwner Referral and PPOR Pending Property Owner Referral) lead collection initiatives.
• Conducts POR and Owner Usage analysis to tie POR’s to their owners
• Submits invoices to replenish inventory
• Compiles Month End Reporting
• Runs daily reports in various systems
• Researches owner accounts as needed
• Manages owner escalation processes
• Processes Bluegreen Rewards redemptions
• Assists with writing/proofreading communication for referral program updates
• Serves as the primary liaison to Barclays for customer service issues, escalated accounts, and the Barclays compensation report.
• Conducts Rewards escalation research, resolution processing; Researches Barclays & Quorum missing dividends. Conducts research on dividends awarded, compliance of dividend awarding
• Manages the Bluegreen rewards redemption processing; Tanger, Barclays, Quorum, Maintenance Fees, Visa/MasterCard Rewards Card. Processing includes; usage, accounting, ordering, and analysis
• Manages the manual escalation awarding processes (Referral -->Samplers --> Owner)
• Monitors Bluegreen Rewards collateral to ensure benefits are up to date and accurate with the Referral and branded credit card benefits
• Serves as the key assistant to the Manager

Job Requirements

• Minimum Formal Education: High School Graduate or GED required, College Graduate Preferred
• Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of Marketing and office experience
• Essential Training, Knowledge, Licenses and /or Certifications: MS Office Suite
AS400, Concierge, BI Microstrategy, TimeshareWare, Aprimo
• Essential Professional Skills/Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, skills, as well as basic math and reading comprehension skills required.
