Job Description

The Administrative Manager is responsible to oversee the sales administrative processes from point of sale including contract processing, quality assurance closings and follow through to successful booking of the sale.  Manages and develops sales administrative team to fully support sales efforts. Drives processes that result in exceptional standards of quality production and service.

  • Recruit, screen, and work in conjunction with DFA as final approval in hiring process of QAS and Credit Specialists.
  • Train, coach, and provide input to DFA in progressive discipline and termination processes.
  • Responsible to handle escrow and Sampler accounts ensuring deposits and refunds are handled per standard procedure.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed and a policy waiver is utilized as the exception.
  • Ensure customer information security policies are enforced, monitored, and adhered to.
