Job Description

Purpose:

The Marketing Campaign Manager manages the day-to-day marketing and communication requirements for all owner facing initiatives. The position is responsible for the development, execution and maintenance of multi-channel marketing campaigns across web, email, social, text, print and video. Imperative to the campaign management function, this role is expected to collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Service, Creative, IT, Digital, Training, Travel Services, Legal and Direct Marketing to outline, implement and track results for every project.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of communications and marketing material for key business stakeholders including Club Services, Owner Marketing, Billing, Mortgage Operations, Resort Operations, Association Governance and in-house sales initiatives.
  • Support change management implementation and relevant communication plans regarding core Bluegreen Vacation Club products including Traveler Plus, Travel Marketing, Premier Membership and Sampler membership.
  • Proof and mark up all incoming artwork for accuracy, timeliness and ensure it meets the business ask.
  • Coordinate stakeholder review and approvals for marketing assets including legal review.
  • Communicate new marketing programs to internal stakeholders and provide necessary education and support materials to build training programs.
  • Manage product content associated with Bluegreen Vacation Club across Traveler Plus, Travel Marketing, Premier Membership and Sampler membership digital assets including bluegreenowner.com, mytravel.bluegreenvacations.com and ownerupdate.bluegreenvacations.com. This includes both the maintenance of existing landing pages to update or remove content for accuracy.
  • Utilize and refine the segmentation structure to effectively communicate to owners based on where they are in their ownership journey, level of ownership history, and engagement history.
  • Monitor all on-going marketing campaigns and owner communications to ensure timeliness, quality control and context in an ever-changing market.
  • Coordinate operational requirements associated with marketing campaigns including sweepstakes winner selection/prize award process and UAT support for bluegreenowner.com, ownerupdate.bluegreenvacations.com and mytravel.bluegreenvacations.com
  • Manage administration associated with customer surveys including stakeholder coordination, audience list requests, survey build within tool, survey testing, deployment and initial data extract/reporting.
  • Provide creative direction and support including image selection, copywriting and creation of landing pages in Sitecore as required.
  • Maintain internal campaign documentation including marketing plans, communication calendar, asset library, owner metric/key campaign dashboards and post-campaign reporting.
  • Ensure familiarity and compliance with all Bluegreen products, programs, policies and processes.
  • Perform other such roles and duties as may be reasonably required by manager or senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4 years of related experience and a proven track record with marketing and campaign management in the Vacation Ownership, Real Estate, Travel Club, Hospitality or comparable industries.
  • Strong proficiency with computer applications, such as MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding the principles and frameworks of successful marketing campaign execution.
  • Proven experience in providing cross functional service to internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Understanding of campaign delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Customer service and quality fundamentals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively across multiple departments.
  • Customer service and engagement focused and able to react quickly to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Candidate must have strong computer skills and technical aptitude to compliment a strategic outlook to any project.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately.
