Job Description

Wilderness Club Resort at Big Cedar, located in Ridgedale, MO is seeking Summer Lifeguards to perform responsible protective service of our pools. Apply today, hiring immediately!

Compensation: $14.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time hours available. We will work with your schedule!

Not Lifeguard certified? Not a problem. We will train you to become American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard!

As a Lifeguard you will oversee safety of our aquatic areas, guests, and have thorough knowledge of the resort rules, policies, and procedures. You will take preventative measures through enforcement of rules and policies to ensure the safety of all guests and if necessary, use your knowledge of first aid to save lives. You will be keeping the pool and pool decks clean, ensuring our resort guests follow safety rules, and participate in contributing to our guest’s enjoyment of summer at the pool.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Experience as a Lifeguard or Pool Attendant, preferred.
• You are customer-oriented, welcoming, excellent communicator, swift and safety-minded.
• Will need to complete Lifeguard Training, First Aid, and CPR certification.
• Ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high-level of performance and follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
