Job Description


The Policy Administrator is responsible for driving and managing the development of the company’s corporate policy library.  The Policy Administrator assists all areas of business with the development of corporate policies by providing administrative support.  The Policy Administrator is expected to work both independently and as a team member in the creation of corporate policies.  This position is temporary in nature for the purpose of conducting an initial company-wide review of all corporate policies and revisions thereof.


  • Along with company leadership, research, analyze and recommend departmental corporate policies for creation and development or refinement.
  • Assist all areas of business in prioritizing departmental corporate policies by identifying key policy areas.
  • Assist all areas of business in the creation and development or refinement of departmental corporate policies in an administrative role.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to determine the goals and objectives of departmental corporate policies.
  • Ensure that all drafts of corporate policies conform to the policy template(s) provided by senior management.
  • Edit and amend policy drafts as required.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders in order to assess needs and maximize productivity.
  • Follow-up with stakeholders to ensure mutually agreed upon deadlines are met.


  • High school diploma.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 7-10 years in an administrative role related to corporate policies.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as good research skills, be well-organized, have superior written and verbal skills and work effectively with others (i.e. good interpersonal and social skills).  Must work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.  Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently.  Must be comfortable interacting with senior managers.
