- Offering a variety of tickets, attractions, and shows.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Scheduling a preview to learn more about membership upgrades and new purchases.

- Face to face marketing representatives
- Servers, bartenders, and inside (phone) sales representatives
- OPC / CMA in the timeshare industry
