Job Description

Purpose:

The In House Sales Associate is responsible for selling the company's products and services, involving vacation packages and timeshares to customers, making sales presentations, offering general information, and conducting sales transactions.

Responsibilities:
•Converts owners to the Vacation Club Program and motivates existing owners to upgrade their packages
•Generates referral leads and inputs information into the computer system
•Schedules appointments, provides property tours and tracks inquires
•Maintains a daily log of all written sales
•Prepares worksheets for contract processing
•Prepares contracts and all necessary paperwork for each sale
•Maintains and organizes the necessary promotional/sales materials


Job Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent
•3-5 years prior experience selling company's products and services, involving vacation packages and timeshares
•Sales practices and techniques within the vacation and timeshare industry, Company's Vacation Club Program, quality service fundamentals, MS office Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Company's Intranet system, corporate policies and procedures
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Enthusiastic, results-oriented and professional with the ability to persuade potential customers
