Job Description

Purpose:
To book owners, exchangers, renters, and any other inhouse guests that are not currently on a marketing package with a sales presentation, whether an ownership review or a resort guest presentation. Book other guests that are off property
at marketing partner properties, or other classifications of qualified guests as deemed necessary by management to cover the scope of the business requirements.

Responsibilities:
Assisting the Manager, In-House Marketing with assigned responsibilities.
Contacting each Owner, Sampler, and Owner Referral arrival.
Contacting each Rental, Exchanger, Shell and Non-Owner Referral arrival.
Booking all qualified Owner, Sampler, and Owner-Referral arrivals on a 120 minute vacation club presentation.
If assigned, calling pre-arrival guests to increase penetration and improve guest experience.
Maintaining the minimum department standards as determined by the Manager, In-House Marketing.
Handling guest service issues and maintaining exemplary customer service at all times (internal and external).
Assist all guests with general Concierge services; providing area attraction information and vacation planning;
answering general questions about resort activities and amenities; referring guests to the ticket sales desk for
ticket information, purchases, and reservations; giving driving directions.
Consistently focus on lowering premiums and overall net cost per tour through creative use of gift vouchers and
ticket discounts.
Following up with all open leads including 'will call back' leads and no show/cancellation tours.
Offering all non-interested and disqualified-qualified guests a face-to-face package, pushing for a return; for
instance, an IPOR guest traveling without spouse who meets the necessary qualifications.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of one year marketing or customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Must follow-through on short-term and long-term programs and follow company policies at all times.
• Must be a self-motivated, outgoing individual with strong leadership skills.
