Job Description

Purpose:
 

Provides analytical support as well as coordinate tasks, projects and provide administrative support to the HR Operations department. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tracking, reconciling, and updating the HR and Administrative Services department budgets, including forecasting.   
  • Work with Accounting department to ensure accurate preparation of monthly financial statements for the HR department (analyze GL account activity, prepare or review other supporting documentation).
  • Prepares various data for the HR Operations department including metrics and analytics.
  • Supports the HR Operations department and Senior Management with HR related activity.
  • Runs and builds reports for the HR department  
  • Prepares and maintains project plans, tracks project progress, and prepares reports for Senior Leadership, HR Operations and/or project stakeholders.
  • Schedules cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration. Maintains project-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, or payment records.
  • Provides administrative support to the department including billing, tracking, invoice processing, coordinating external requests, etc.

Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years of working in an analytical role with financial information.
  • Must have general accounting knowledge, Strong MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro  and advanced Excel.  Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the Company’s HRIS and Accounting systems.
  • Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter and strong oral and written communication skills. Problem management. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Analytical thinking skills. Leadership skills.
