Job Description


The HRIS Coordinator works in the HRIS platform maintaining a variety of day-to-day HR/Administrative functions and ensuring data integrity compliance with the information added to the HCM System. The coordinator will have a hands-on role with processing and compliance and will work independently under general direction. Will handle problems and non-routine situations by determining the best approach or action to take, along with and interpreting guidelines, procedures, policies and practices to accomplish the task. 


  • Maintains a working knowledge of general HR rules and regulations such as:  state compliance,  Bluegreen policy and procedures, minimum wage, position and state specific Onboarding forms, I-9/E-Verify and data mapping of codes to be able to maintain the data integrity of the HCM system.
  • Maintains understanding of I-9 / E-Verify laws and audits I-9 forms and documentation for compliance as well as maintaining updated documentation.
  • Plays a key role in the review and approval process of all transactional changes submitted by our partners into the HCM System such as hires, position/salary changes, terminations, address changes, etc.
  • Makes recommendations on system enhancements and process improvement.
  • Work collaboratively to troubleshoot, research and escalate issues as necessary, proactively keeping end-users aware of status and taking responsibility for ensuring that outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Add, remove or update user account information, reset passwords and manage security within the systems.
  • Monitors the life-cycle of the prospective hire in the Onboarding queue to ensure accurate and timely submission of signed documentation through reporting and field communication. 
  • Troubleshooting with users on how to use the system as needed.
  • Run simple queries and ad-hoc reports as needed; Assist in development of standard reporting and analysis for ongoing business needs.
  • Conduct periodic audits and reconciliation exercises to validate the integrity of the data in the HCM system.   
  • Assist in the collection of information for quarterly internal and external audits.
  • Creates Standard Operating Procedures for HR Processes.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR or HRIS and at least 2 years of service in a Corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of human resources information systems (HRIS)
  • Understanding of I-9/E-Verify compliance and employment laws.
  • Technologically literate with desire to learn.
  • Strong auditing and data entry skills
  • Computer and/or HR Skills to include: Dayforce, Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Business-oriented, decision maker, self-directed, self-starter, assertive, strong evaluation and planning capabilities, with ability in setting criteria for measurement.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
