Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 - $250 payable at 30, 60, 90, 120-days of service

Compensation: Starting at $14.50 per hour

Schedule: Varying days from 8:30am-5pm, includes weekends

JOB SUMMARY:

You are what makes the guest’s experience one that is filled with surprise and delight. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appearance of public areas including cleaning floors, restrooms, resident, elevators, stairs, courtyards, grounds, guest suites, and dusting.

• Ensure public areas look presentable to guests.
• Clean rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, broom and carpet shampoo machine.
• Housekeeping discipline cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, and sterilization.
• Refill the par stock of guest amenities, linens and other supplies on each floor pantry for Housekeeping and deliver necessary items to units.
• Report any items in need of repair to maintenance.
• Assist Housekeeping with heavy lifting (up to 50 LBS) when deep cleaning rooms and stripping of units.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• You have proven experience in Housekeeping or Environment Services as a Cleaner, Janitor, Custodian, Housekeeper, or Environmental Services Tech and you are a stickler for cleanliness.
• Customer-oriented and welcoming to guests and other associates.
• You can prioritize your work, manage your time and can work quickly without compromising quality.
