Purpose
The Housekeeping Room Inspector is responsible for the entire inspection of all areas in a unit after the room attendant
has finished cleaning. At times the Room Inspector will be responsible for assisting the Room Attendant in the cleaning
of the rooms. Other responsibilities are to make sure of the proper stocking of all linens and amenities for the unit. Upon
completion of inspecting and approval of the unit the Housekeeping Inspector will render the unit as a 'Clean Unit'.
Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities
Inspecting the Unit - This covers the detailed inspection of every room in the unit; kitchen, bath, bed and living rooms.All closets and storage areas are also to be included.
Inventory Inspection - Inspect inventory of room supplies, linens and kitchen supplies within unit.
Guest/Owner Relations - Insure the satisfaction of all guests by implementing and maintaining proper Guest/Owner relations. Maintain benchmarks as established for Bluegreen Comment Cards and RCI customer service index.
Provide outstanding guest satisfaction and courteous cooperation with fellow associates in all departments.
