NEW OPENING – GUEST RECEPTIONIST - Panama City, FL

***EXCITING NEWS*** Bluegreen Vacations has officially acquired a beautiful bayfront property in Panama City Beach. This will be our first Club Resort in this Florida west coast vacation destination.

We are seeking a Guest Receptionist to head up this new acquisition! The Reception Representative will represent Bluegreen professionally at all times in both appearance and communication with guests and fellow associates.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet all guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with Sales, Marketing and Admin.
  • Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms assisting guests with any questions they may have.
  • Log escalation of customer complaints/concerns as outlined by Site Level Management.
  • Answer all incoming calls, research customer issues, and escalate to a manager/supervisor as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer proficient
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple systems at once
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays
