The Cliffs at Long Creek located in Ridgedale, MO is seeking an experienced and outgoing  Guest Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Guest Services Department.

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the Guest Services Department. You will oversee inventory and rate management to maximize revenues; maintaining guest service standards and ensuring owner and guest satisfaction.

  • Interviews, hires, schedules, coaches, counsels, and disciplines associates per established standards
  • Responsible for efficient daily operation of Guest Services, while adhering to budget guideline
  • Maintains adequate and accurate room inventory
  • Monitors availability and reservations for accuracy
  • Trains Guest Service & Night Audit Associates on proper reservation processes and procedures
  • Responds to guest questions, concerns, comments, and requests promptly, courteously and professionally
  • Maintains the resort comment card and other grading system standards
  • Verifies nightly audits to ensure financial controls are being met
  • Delegate duties and responsibilities to Guest Services Supervisors when appropriate

  •  High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  •   4+ years in Hotel/Resort management required
  •   Timeshare background preferred
  • Must be familiar with the daily operations of the front office, including room reservations
  •  Ability to effectively lead a team of 5 or more associates
  • Proficient knowledge of MSOffice Suite.
  •  Knowledge of PMS
  • Ability to anticipate and assess guests needs and is sociable and outgoing with people
