JOB SUMMARY:

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of all the F&B outlets on site.

• Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, continued development of all F&B staff
  
• Coordination of special events
• Manages F&B inventory and all areas of budgets and monthly financials
• Manage point-of-sale data entry including menu updates, cost and pricing updates, and reporting.
• Developing promotions and marketing initiatives for the F&B department

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel/resort environment with multiple outlets
• Advanced knowledge of financial acumen and analytical skills, including restaurant profit and loss analysis experience
• Must be able to supervise a staff of up to 50 associates
• Servsafe or TIP Training certified strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Micros POS experience strongly preferred
