As Housekeeping Specialist (Floor Tech), you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the resort by using specialized equipment, including auto floor scrubbers, buffers, electrostatic sprayers, burnishers, carpet extractors, encapsulator, steamer, etc. You will also be responsible for repairing and maintaining all housekeeping carts, vacuums, and other equipment as needed. Clean and restore hard floor and carpeted surfaces, including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, waxing, extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, vacuuming.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• You have proven experience as a Carpet Cleaning Technician or Pressure Washer Operator.
• Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machines. Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines.
• You can prioritize your work, manage your time and can work quickly without compromising quality.
• Ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high-level of performance and follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
