JOB SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for managing the resorts evening operations, the front-desk, reservations, and maintaining proper working relationships between the front desk and all other departments. nd the first responder to any emergencies.

• Interaction with evening Guest Services associates regarding guest satisfaction and resort projects, not limited to scheduled assignments.
• Oversee the common area department within the resort
• You focus on the satisfaction of all guests by ensuring the timely resolution to inquiries.
• Handle issues about guest satisfaction with the ability to make decisions on behalf of the Resort Manager regarding essential compensation.
• Monitor and maintain procedures for the safety of guests and personnel.
• Perform weekly checks of all SOPs to ensure guest service will be prepared for an audit.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of Hospitality Supervisory or Management required (within any department)
• You have Hospitality Front Desk Operations, yield, and resolution management knowledge.
• Ability to motivate and mentor associates.
• Ability work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
