Purpose:
1.0 The Documentation Specialist is responsible for the document imaging and/or scanning of all timeshare sales transactions, including trailing documents, daily bags from Payment Processing, and Resort Title documents.
This associate will be responsible for the document imaging/scanning of all timeshare sales transactions within the acceptable time frame of 24 to 72 hours, ensuring that the scanned documents meet company standards, and that they are classified in the proper manner in synergy.
2.0 The Documentation Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for reviewing the scanned documents ensuring they meet company standards, and that they are classified in the proper manner including trailing documents, upgrade documents from Club Services, daily bags from Payment Processing, Sales Accounting batches and Resort Title documents within the acceptable time frames. The QA Associate ensures that the documents are in synergy under the proper classification, reclassifying them if needed and deleting when duplication occurs.
