Job Description


The Director of Sales Operation and Quality Assurance is responsible for the overall management of sales administration which functions as on site support for sales from point of sale in contract processing, quality assurance closings, verification of purchase and follow through to successful booking of the sale. Must partner with the Director of Sales and Director of Marketing to assist in meeting sales and budgeting objectives. Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities

  • Manage associates, deliver performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, salary raises, new hires, terminations, and disciplinary actions, identify staffing needs, interview candidates, plan development actions, train, and career development.
  • Monitor contract processing to ensure contracts are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure escrow and sampler funds are deposited timely and security controls are established and checked frequently.
  • Ensure cancellation paperwork is completed and refunds are handled within guidelines.
  • Monitor quality assurance to ensure closings are completed according to established guidelines.
  • Actively participate in contract processing/closing process as necessary.
  • Ensure follow up calls are completed and quality service is provided to guests and new owners.
  • Ensure vendor bills are vouchered accurately and paid timely.
  • Verify monthly sales bonuses.
  • Attend meetings and monthly conference calls as required.
  • Ensure adequate supply of collateral materials, supplies, and provide inventory counts as required.
  • Provide information for miscellaneous reports (Barclays, RCI, Premier, PAC, Credit Reporting, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Formal Education: Associate degree or two-years technical certificate
  • Minimum Experience: 1 - 3 years Administrative or Quality Assurance Management. Timeshare experience a plus
  • Essential Training, Knowledge, Licenses and /or Certifications: SPI, As400, Synergy, LSAMS, Sales support and Vacation Club knowledge. Customer service and quality fundamentals, MS Office Suite.
