Job Description

Purpose:

Bluegreen’s Brand Reputation Manager is charged with promoting, protecting, and defending Bluegreen’s online brand, utilizing both online and offline tools, vehicles and processes. The Manager spearheads the implementation of the company’s content strategy, leading the development of Bluegreen’s social media channels.

Working cross-functionally, the Manager collaborates all departments as necessary to administer the creation and publishing of original content as well as identify and secure appropriate user generated content that will acquire and engage target audiences.

Serving as a critical member of Bluegreen’s brand reputation management team, the Manager is responsible for monitoring, escalating, and coordinating the response and resolution of customer issues as they are identified on social media and other online channels. He/she monitors online platforms including social media, blogs, review sites and others to identify negative and potentially adverse brand mentions, escalating mentions to relevant stakeholders in order to arrive at appropriate and timely response and mitigation steps.

The Brand Reputation Management Manager works with the Brand Reputation Director, members of the Creative team and other departments to develop marketing messages, campaigns and other communication materials used across the organization. He/she is knowledgeable of Bluegreen’s brand guidelines, policies and practices and works to ensure that these tenets are followed among all users.

Responsibilities:

Content Development

  • Develop and maintain an up to date content calendar of social media posts and ideas for all Bluegreen Vacations social media platforms.
  • Design and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and communicate Bluegreen’s key messages across appropriate social media platforms.
  • Engage users to encourage sharing and collecting user generated content as well as implement offline strategies to promote Bluegreen’s owned social media platforms and acquire new followers.
  • Monitor, respond, and engage users on all social media platforms to increase engagement rate and attract new audiences.
  • Keep abreast of social media and digital marketing trends, techniques, messages, and topics in order to maintain relevance and leverage current trends.

Social Servicing

  • Utilize social listening tools and regularly monitors digital platforms including social media, review sites, blogs, news platforms, etc. to identify negative and potentially adverse brand mentions, escalating information to appropriate Reputation Task Force members for investigation, mitigation and/or follow-up.
  • Monitor, respond to and escalate social media inquiries, comments, and other issues to appropriate departments in a timely manner.

Reputation Management/Brand Guardianship

  • Manage brand efforts to monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms such as Google My Business, Better Business Bureau, among others.
  • Monitor private and independent Facebook groups such as Bluegreen Resort Addicts, Bluegreen Resort Addicts (Uncensored), Bluegreen Resort Owners, etc. for sentiment and trending issues to address findings with relevant business leaders. Assist with the development of appropriate responses and actions to address issues raised as needed.
  • Identify and engage Bluegreen owners across social media to cultivate affinity for our Bluegreen’s product and vacation ownership.

Reporting

  • Develop and provide a monthly reporting dashboard of social media reach, impressions and engagement as well as brand mentions and sentiment analyses including trendlines and recommendations for continuous business/customer improvements.
  • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies and plan to ensure continued growth in crucial areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, management or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4 years experience in marketing with a focus on web/digital channels. Experience in data analysis, identifying customer trends, and customer satisfaction
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and enthusiasm for experimenting with new communications technologies. Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with Google Analytics, Social Media Campaign Management, and Social Listening Reporting
  • Creative thinker with strong background in the use of digital communications and web based transactions. Quickly adapts to change and manages multiple shifting priorities. Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately. Team-oriented, ability to work under tight deadlines, organization skills, proficiency with all social media networks. Strong interpersonal communication skills and the confidence to interact with all levels of the organization.
